Tier 1 – Basic Coaching
This package via Zoom, Facetime or phone, we review your current goals and any obstacles which prevent you from achieving them. We set realistic attainable milestones and keep accountability as the #1 priority. The session can be 1 hour, or 2 half-hour sessions. You decide if your priority is developing a fitness routine, or if you prefer the emphasis to zero in on your vegan lifestyle and food concerns. A 3-day food diary is helpful before beginning our session so I can review what’s working and what isn’t.
