Tier 2 – Comprehensive Coaching
This package via Zoom, FaceTime or phone includes 2 hours of one-on-one consulting combined with written recommendations to help you follow through with current goals and deadlines. This can include a running or walking plan to achieve a level of fitness by a certain date or race. Or this can be a less formalized plan to develop more muscle tone, general or specific fitness or agility. The sessions can be 4 half hour sessions as well, which can include doing exercises together as if I were a personal trainer in your living room.
