Vegan Fitness on a Budget
How do you stay fit on a budget? Find a “workout” place that is close by and doesn’t cost money to join. It can be a playground, a park or even a touristy beach.
While gyms can be fun and encourage a sense of community, they are totally unnecessary from a fitness routine point of view. You can do everything you can do in a gym, right outside. Where I live, you can almost always find calm waters full of jumping dolphins, lumbering manatees and endangered birds. Even where I live, you can find a one-bedroom apartment for $750 a month. A two-bedroom apartment can be found for $1000 a month. Those apartments can be as close as a block away from the beach. So if you have the flexibility to go mobile, find a place you want to be and do the research to find your place in the sun or the clouds.
A little note here. After feedback from other bloggers who found my site as I did, difficult to upload pix and post blogs, I’ve paid some significant bucks to make it simpler. Hopefully, I’ll be able to post faster and easier here, without it taking a half day to do so. I’ll be posting more recipes, money saving tips and trying to do what I do best…speaking and writing from the heart to save an animal’s life…human or otherwise. No animal should suffer from preventable diseases and actions by humans. Not in this day and age. Not in this time.
